Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors

The 2024 Annual Convention will be held at the Sheraton Reed Center 5800 Will Rogers Blvd, Midwest City, OK on March 7-9, 2024 and we would love to have you as an exhibitor

Exhibit space costs are as follows (based on 8''x10' booth)  Cost includes: pipe and drape for each booth space, a table if you need one as well as Electric and internet connections

• $600.00     Single Booth
• $900.00     Double Booth
• $1,500.00  Triple Booth
• $1,800.00  Quad Booth (very limited availability)

The exhibit area will be open for move-in and set-up on Wednesday evening March 6, 2024 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. 

• A PRE-CONVENTION SOCIAL WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY EVENING AT 7:00 pm. DURING REGISTRATION YOU WILL BE OFFERED AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPONSOR THE SOCIAL

Exhibits will be open all day Thursday beginning at 7:00 am and continuing as long as you wish to remain. Classes end at 5:00 pm  

The exhibits will close on Friday, March 8 at 1:00pm. This will give you more time to catch a flight on Friday or make your way back home before the weekend. We would like for you to remain set up through the lunch break so attendees can have one last look at your products and services.
