  The Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors has approved the position statement regarding Mortgage Inspections (see attached document).  This is only a position statement for the existing rules. No changes to the Minimum Standards, Rules or Statutes have been made at this time.
