The Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors is a professional organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of the profession of Land Surveying as a social and economic influence vital to the welfare of its society, community, and state. The Constitution of The Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors states two of its objectives as being: "To advance the study of Land Surveying and the education of the Land Surveyors, their employees, and future Land Surveyors" and "To aid and encourage the interest of the younger members, students and employees of the Registered Land Surveyors".

This Scholarship Fund will help accomplish these goals. The Scholarships are available to financially help persons pursuing a career in Land Surveying, either by working toward a degree or certificate in a survey-related field, or toward licensure in the profession of Land Surveying.
