HubTack

National Geodetic Survey

National Geodetic Survey (NGS) defines and manages a national coordinate system. This network, the National Spatial Reference System (NSRS), provides the foundation for transportation and communication; mapping and charting; and a multitude of scientific and engineering applications.


National Society of Professional Surveyors

NSPS provides the platform by which members can share their thoughts and opinions about our common interests through business meetings /committees, regional groups, and student chapters. It also provides a forum for input from other groups such as the National Association of County Surveyors, members of state boards of registration, and the Forum for State Surveying Society Executives.

NGS-CORS Continuously Operating Reference Stations

The National Geodetic Survey (NGS), an office of NOAA's National Ocean Service, coordinates two networks of continuously operating reference stations (CORS): the National CORS network and the Cooperative CORS network.  Each CORS site provides Global Positioning System (GPS) carrier phase and code range measurements in support of 3-dimensional positioning activities throughout the United States and its territories.

Oklahoma Department of Libraries - Land Records

Oklahoma Geographic Information Council

In 1994 the Oklahoma Legislature passed and the Governor signed a bill that authorized the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to prepare a "Strategy for Developing a GIS for the State of Oklahoma" and created the State GIS Council to assist the Conservation Commission in this project.


Oklahoma Historical Society

The Oklahoma Historical Society has been collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of Oklahoma and its people since before statehood. OHS started by collecting newspapers throughout Oklahoma Territory. Now, OHS has grown from a handful of people with this same desire to collect, preserve, and share the history of the area now known as Oklahoma to several departments, museums, and historical sites around the state.
